This page sets out the terms of the guarantee. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all new SMSF administration clients from 25 August 2026.
1. What we offer
If, before onboarding with My SMSF, you provide a written quote from another licensed Australian SMSF administrator for comparable scope at a lower published annual administration fee than our equivalent Bronze, Silver or Gold tier, we will credit AUD $100 off your first year of annual administration with us.
The credit applies to the first year of administration only. From year two onward, your annual administration fee reverts to our standard published price for your applicable tier (Bronze, Silver or Gold) at that time.
2. Definition of “comparable scope”
For a competitor quote to qualify, the service being compared must include, at a minimum:
- Annual SMSF tax return and financial statements
- Coordination of an independent SMSF audit
- A support level equivalent to the My SMSF tier being compared (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
- Coverage of the same asset scope held by your fund — for example, crypto-inclusive SMSFs must be compared against providers that genuinely support ongoing crypto administration on the same basis
3. Evidence required
To submit a claim, provide either a dated written quote from the competitor addressed to you or a related fund, or a screenshot or PDF of the competitor’s currently published pricing page. The evidence must clearly identify the provider, the annual price, the included service scope and the support level offered.
4. Verification
My SMSF reserves the right to independently verify the competitor’s identity, licensing, published pricing and service scope before honouring any credit. Where the quote cannot be verified, or where the scope is materially different to ours, the claim may be declined and reasons will be provided in writing.
5. Limitations
- First year only. The $100 credit applies to the first year of annual administration only. From year two onward, your fee reverts to our standard published price for your tier at that time.
- One (1) claim per new client fund. The credit is applied as a one-time reduction on the first annual administration invoice only.
- Not stackable with any other promotional discount, referral bonus or introductory offer we may run.
- The credit has no cash value and is not transferable, refundable or redeemable outside the first annual administration invoice.
- The competitor must be an Australian-based SMSF administration or accounting service, appropriately licensed or registered (including, where required, with the Tax Practitioners Board), with the referenced pricing publicly available or genuinely quoted to the claimant at the time of claim.
- Introductory or limited-time promotional prices offered by competitors do not qualify unless they are the competitor’s standing published fee at the time of claim.
- Claims must be submitted at or before the point of onboarding with My SMSF and cannot be applied retrospectively to fees already invoiced.
- Our standard published pricing may change over time. Year-two-and-beyond pricing will be the standard published tier price at the time of that invoice, not the year-one discounted amount.
6. Variation and withdrawal
This offer may be varied or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Any variation or withdrawal will not affect claims that have already been validly submitted and confirmed by us in writing prior to the change.
7. General
This guarantee is offered by R S Capital Partners Pty Ltd (ABN 67 145 282 908) trading as My SMSF / My SMSF Property. It is provided as a commercial offer only and is not personal financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Nothing in this section modifies your rights or our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. How to claim
Email your written quote and a brief description of your fund’s asset scope to [email protected] with the subject line “Beat-Our-Price Guarantee”. We will respond within 5 business days confirming eligibility and the applied credit.
Compare our tiers
- Bronze — $1,190/year — annual tax return, financial statements, independent audit, chat & email support. Cash, shares, listed investments + small crypto.
- Silver — $1,550/year — everything in Bronze plus phone/email/chat support, ATO & ASIC mailhouse, broader investment options (meaningful crypto and bullion positions).
- Gold — $2,550/year — everything in Silver plus phone/email/WhatsApp/chat, free deed updates, priority tax work. All asset classes supported.

Worked example
You’re joining our Bronze tier. A competitor quotes $1,090/year for comparable scope. We honour the guarantee:
- Year 1: $1,190 − $100 credit = $1,090
- Year 2: $1,190 (standard Bronze published price at that time)
- Year 3 onward: standard published Bronze price at that time
