WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE NEED TO COLLECT FROM YOU?
We may collect information including your name, address, tax file number (TFN), bank account details, contact phone and e-mail details. You agree to provide identification, bank statements and other information to My SMSF and agree to this information being checked by third party providers for AML/CTF/KYC and internal compliance purposes
I consent to my information being checked with the document issuer or official record holder via third party systems for the purposes of confirming my identity
